Madea's sassy solutions to problems are not always Christian, but the movie has a strong Christian worldview that also teaches some moral values, including dignity, modesty and the importance of family and getting an education. Her niece Lisa is getting ready to marry her rich live-in boyfriend, Carlos, who beats her. Perry's sassy southern matriarch, Madea, is court ordered to be in charge of Nikki, a rebellious runaway.
